Sally A. Asquith
MS, CCC-SLP - Clinical Director
As the president and Clinical Director of Eat Talk Play, Sally oversees the daily activities of all therapists and monitors the plans of care for all patients.
Sally has been a practicing speech-language pathologist for over 20 years and is well versed in the full range pediatric communications disorders. She works with patients ranging in age from birth to 21 and is multi-lingual.
Her specialties include treatment for feeding and swallowing disorders, autism spectrum, cerebral palsy, movement disorders, and apraxia of speech.
She has achieved excellent results through coordinated efforts with occupational and physical therapists as well as early intervention and psychologists.
In addition, Sally frequently serves as an evaluator and expert witness in pediatric medical-legal cases.Sally has also been an adjunct faculty member in the Communication and Sciences Disorders program within the College of Health Professions at the Medical University of South Carolina.
She taught graduate level classes in Phonology and Articulation, Child Language Acquisition, and Child Language Disorders. A frequent presenter at continuing education conferences, Sally is active in numerous professional associations and constantly strives to further her education and skills in all forms of pediatric communications disorders.
